Questions asked by participants during the 2024 Update to ACO REACH CAHPS Survey Vendor Webinar Training have been assembled in a summary document. Additionally, suggestions made by participants in the training evaluation from both the 2024 Introduction and 2024 Update trainings have been assembled in the document. CMS’ answers to questions and comments have been provided in the document.
