PY2024 Revision to ACO REACH CAHPS Survey Materials and Data Collection Protocol

This announcement serves to inform survey vendors about revisions to Performance Year (PY) 2024 ACO REACH CAHPS survey materials and protocols. Based on feedback from our vendors, CMS has decided to remove the previously required teaser postcard mailing. The removal of the teaser postcard will allow survey vendors to devote an additional week to mail survey data collection. This change is reflected in the key dates and deadlines table on the ACO REACH CAHPS website home page and will also be highlighted in the ACO REACH CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Training in April 2024.
