Registration is now open for the PY 2023 Update to the Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (ACO REACH) CAHPS Survey Vendor Webinar Training. The training will be held once as a live webinar training session on April 4, 2023, from 12 to 2PM ET. The training agenda will be posted on the ACO REACH CAHPS website at the end of March. Only staff from application-approved Survey Vendors are permitted to register for this training session. As a reminder, the application period has closed for PY 2023.
This Update training is mandatory for:
- Key staff from returning vendors and subcontractors (those that were approved for the GPDC CAHPS Survey in PY2022).
This Update training is optional for:
- Key staff from vendors and subcontractors new to the ACO REACH CAHPS Survey in PY 2023.
Survey vendors must have their Survey Administrator/Project Manager pass a post-training certification exam. And for full approval, vendors must also submit a Quality Assurance Plan no later than May 11, 2023.
